At Plant Me Green we handle, package and ship the products you order with the utmost care. We ship your plants using FedEx Ground® the following business day after you have completed checkout.

We are now offering $15 flat rate shipping for all tree orders! Replacement tree shipping cost will be $15 per box. We still cannot ship to some states and US territories based off the Agricultural Laws that may be in place. Please see below for all exclusions.

How to Plant
STEP 1) First, decide on a planting location. Consider carefully what kind of sun, soil, and growing-space your tree or shrub will need.
STEP 2) Once you've located the perfect spot, the hole you are digging must be at least double the width and as deep as the root system you are planting.
STEP 3) Remove the plant from the pot and place the root ball in the hole. The top of the root system should be level with the ground. Before placing the tree or shrub in the hole, use your hands to gently break up the root system.
STEP 4) Once the plant is in place, backfill the hole with native soil and any leftover potting material.
STEP 5) Pack down the soil to eliminate any air pockets.
STEP 6) When finished, water thoroughly.
Care Guide

Plant your redbud in full sun or partial shade, but do not plant in low-lying areas where too much water can accumulate. Mulch around tree, taking care to keep room between the mulch and the tree trunk. Prune redbuds in winter or early spring to create your desired shape.

Came to the house in great shape

Professionally boxed and packaged. Root ball was moist. BTW this is the prettiest red bud out there. The blood are normal but the leaves are a brilliant yellow green.

Stunningly well shipped and beautiful beautiful tree

I am absolutely blown away by the tree I received. I ordered the 3-4 foot tall one and I received one well over 5 feet with a gorgeous shape. The packaging was careful and thoughtful and I wish I had more space in my yard because I would order many more trees from this place. Bravo!

I am still trying to revive tree. It took 8 days from your shipment till I received it so it was in poor condition. I still have it in the pot as it has been cold here. Just don’t know how the tree will survive. I checked and could not see on the site where I ordered where u were located. I would never order from Fl at the time I did and I should think u would hold back delivery in cold areas of states until the correct planting time

I was very pleased with the care they used when packaging my trees. I did not have any broken branches or very many leaves that suffered the trip. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered 2 Rising Sun Redbud Trees. They had to be shipped separately because they were over five feet tall. They were well-packaged, but the first tree arrived bruised and battered from shipping. When I emailed customer service, they immediately provided advice on how to help it mend. The second tree fared much better, with fewer broken branches and a lot more foliage.

I've planted them both, and am waiting to see how they do. I feel confident that Plant Me Green stands behind their products and will continue to provide excellent advice and support. [A special shout-out to Ashley, for going above and beyond to help me!]
